Katie has a Bachlor’s degree of Health and Physcial Education from Nipissing University in 2022, and is a recent Honour’s graduate from Mohawk College in 2025 as a Registered Massage Therapist. She has gained a wide variety of hands-on experience treating clients within the community for chronic pain, geriatric massage, athletes and stress management. Katie’s goal is to provide treatments that support recovery, relaxation, and overall well-being while tailoring each session to her client’s individual needs.
Katie is very passionate about anatomy and strives to educate the public about how this correlates to their concern. She likes to create a relaxing and open communication experience while using hands-on techniques to help maintain balance and restore functional movement. This includes general Swedish Massage techniques, trigger point work, myofascial release, joint mobilizations and knowledge in stretching and strengthening. Overall, she plans to engage and learn more modalities overtime to help benefit your health.
Outside of her clinical practice, Katie enjoys hands-on projects at home and has developed knowledge in painting and maintenance, which reflects her creative side and attention to detail.
