Trimming Your Orthotics to fit your Shoes

I hate to give away my secret but trimming an orthotic to fit a shoe does not require significant training.

All you need to do is remove the liner from your shoe, align it with the orthotic (they almost always come from the lab over-sized) and use a sharp set of scissors.
